Holding Both: A Spiritual Approach to Life and Grief (online)

What if grief isn’t something to get over, but something to walk alongside? In this gathering, we’ll explore what it might mean to relate to grief not as a problem to solve, but as a companion... making space to hold both sorrow and the ongoing movement of life. Together, we’ll reflect on how tending to grief can open us to a deeper and more spacious spiritual life. This workshop is led by Kristabeth Atwood.

Kristabeth Atwood is the founder of Rites of Passage and a spiritual director offering spiritual direction, grief support, and gatherings for people navigating life’s transitions, both online and in person. After 18 years in church ministry, she now brings her pastor's heart to creating spaces that are compassionate, reflective, and accessible to people of many backgrounds. She lives and works in Burlington, Vermont.

Suggested donation: $20. Donate here register here. Registered participants will be emailed a Zoom link before the workshop.
