The Rev. Dr. Becca Ehrlich

Executive Director & Founder

Becca is passionate about helping people deepen their relationship with God and connect with each other, and founded New Breath Spirituality Center in 2024 so that there would be a safe and brave space for people to be able to do that! She is an ordained pastor in the ELCA, holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Christian Spirituality, is a trained and practicing spiritual director, and teaches Christian Spirituality at United Lutheran Seminary.

The Rev. Dr. Katy Stenta (PCUSA)- President

Pastor Katy has worked in the church for 20 years. She is currently Moderator for Albany Presbytery, and is serving  Pastor at Emmanuel Friedens ABC UCC Church in Albany as a PCUSA pastor. She has her Doctorate in Creative Writing as a Public Theologian in Mr. Roger’s alma mater Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. She also leads prayer and writing zoom workshops.

The Rev. Jinney Vogel-Polizzi (TEC)- Vice-President

The Rev. Virginia Vogel-Polizzi (Pastor Jinney) is an Episcopal priest from the Episcopal Diocese of Western Massachusetts. She serves as pastor of St. Peter Lutheran Church of Malta, NY with great joy. Her passions are feminism, LGBTQIA rights, interfaith opportunities, and all furry, scaled, shelled, and feathered creatures (with the exception of ticks!)

Atif Dean (ELCA)- Secretary

My name is Atif Dean; I am married to my beautiful wife, Kiran Dean and we got married at the church I go to. I am a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Loudonville, NY, almost 30 years. I served on my Church Council for 6 years. I am a Synod Council member in my 2nd term. I sing in my Church choir and did some cantoring through the years. I am now a part of New Breath Spirituality Center as your Secretary. I look forward to seeing what God has in store for me in the future.

Owen Gilbo (PCUSA)- Treasurer

Owen is an Elder in the Presbyterian Church U.S.A., a pulpit supply preacher, and trained in spiritual direction. His vocational and avocational work has been about understanding and connecting people to each other, advocating for respect and dignity for all.

The Rev. Sara Baron (UMC)

Sara Baron is the pastor of First United Methodist Church of Schenectady where she gets to lead a weekly "Contemplative Prayer" Service on Sunday afternoons.  Her favorite seminary class was "Prayer in the Christian Tradition" and it has been a gift throughout her ministry.

The Rev. Pamela Hoh (ELCA)

Pastor Pamela J. Hoh is a native of New York City, and Mission Developer at Hope Lutheran Church in North Greenbush, New York. She is also a certified Spiritual Director.  She and her husband Daniel, presently reside in Albany, New York. Experiencing a call to ministry, she attended the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, receiving a Master of Divinity in 1994. Pastor Hoh was ordained to the rostered ministry of the ELCA in 1997.  Pastor Hoh enjoys reading, writing, walking in nature, art, traveling, and learning about Japan—it’s language and culture.

Nancy Landrigan (RCA)

Nancy Landrigan is a member of the Delmar Reformed Church (Reformed Church in America).   She is the stated clerk for the Classis of Albany.

The Rev. Matthew van Maastricht (RCA)

Matthew van Maastricht is the pastor at the Altamont and Helderberg Reformed Churches in Altamont and Guilderland Center, NY, a spiritual director in training (completing training in June 2025 at the Spiritual Renewal Center in Syracuse, NY), and a licensed social worker.
